At the Seaton Vet Centre, our understanding of “Final Care” and the immediate grieving and need of many of us to spend time with our pet both before and after humane euthanasia sets us apart from other vets.
We have all been through this, and we are keenly aware that everyone is different in how we come to terms with this decision - a decision that is always in the best interest of our pets.
Our room is private, has a private entry and exit, (the door left of the waiting room in photo) and we give you time. The time you need.

(A poem I wrote on the passing of our last dog, Jack, a Border Collie)
Why is the ball so far from you?
I sense our stretching bond …
The beach appears so wide, so bright today!
Must I go on alone?
Our lives are shared,
We’ll never part …
Our souls, our spirits entwined.
When I reach the ball this final day,
I’ll wait …
I’ll wait forever.
I’ll wait with our ball …
… for you.
